Includes:
- Weekly home check-in’s
- Visual plumbing/electrical check-in’s, checking for signs of leaks or water intrusion
- Trash removal
- HVAC monitoring
- Plant and watering (indoor only)
- Mail collection and forwarding
- Faucet, shower, bathtub running and toilet flushing to prevent corrosion, mineral buildup and odors
- Photo reports after each visit

Tier 3
The Seasonal
Thoughtful care and consistent presence, even when you’re away for weeks or months at a time.
Includes everything in Tier 2, plus:
- Start car(s) if needed
- Trash bins handled on schedule
- Full plant and lawn watering
- Changing air filters every month
- Laundry sorting and managing
- Light bulb and battery replacement and replenishing (smoke alarms)
- Emptying expired items from firdge/pantry
- Running appliances monthly
- Oversee scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Departure clean-up
- Pre-arrival prep
- Fresh groceries
- Thermostat settings
- Fresh florals and fridge fill

Available for daily visits, overnight stays or bespoke care packages.
All visits include real-time updates, photos and the same thoughtful attention we give to every facet of your beloved home. It also includes:
- Fresh water and feeding
- Walks and play tailored to your pet’s routine
- Medication administration if needed
- Updates with photo check-ins
